Professional Consultation
In addition to my work as a therapist, I offer professional consultation for mental health professionals seeking deeper engagement with trauma-informed, embodied, and emotionally attuned approaches to therapy.

Whether you're looking for clinical guidance, theoretical exploration, or a sense of community, my goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, challenged, and inspired in your practice.

As a self-proclaimed theory nerd, I find immense joy in studying, discussing, and applying principles of neuroscience, attachment, and emotion theory to clinical work. I am particularly passionate about understanding the nervous system and the role of emotions as biological drives—how they shape our experiences, our relationships, and our capacity to heal. My work is oriented around helping both clients and clinicians navigate trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, and the complexities of living well in our animal bodies.
I also view psychotherapy as a deeply spiritual practice—one that has the potential to guide ourselves and our clients into a profound recognition of intrinsic wholeness, our "already enoughness," and the fundamentally transformative power of loving well.

My Training & Approach

My background integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities with a deep respect for body-based and contemplative traditions. I am trained in:

-
Focusing-Oriented Therapy & Trauma-Informed Focusing (Certified)
-
Gestalt Therapy (Six years of training with Gestalt Associates Los Angeles)
-
EMDR (Completed basic training in 2022, currently completing advanced training course with Beyond Healing Institute)
-
Yoga Therapy (1 year training with C-IAYT instructor in incorporating yoga asana, pranayama (breath work), and meditation into psychotherapy sessions)
-
Emotion-Focused Therapy (Independent study & consultation with a focus on attachment and affective neuroscience)
-
Somatic & Expressive Approaches (Personal experience and independent study in using song, dance, and movement as tools for emotional regulation, trauma release, and authentic self-expression)

In addition, I have a meaningful personal engagement with Buddhist and yogic philosophy, particularly in exploring the causes and alleviation of suffering. These influences weave into my work, offering a rich foundation for conversations about presence, integration, and embodied healing.

Building Community in Consultation

I deeply value building community as part of professional and personal growth. I believe that consultation should be more than just clinical problem-solving—it should also be a space of connection, collaboration, and mutual support.

I primarily offer one-on-one consultation for clinicians who want individualized support, case discussion, or deeper exploration of trauma, embodiment, and attachment-focused therapy. Whether you're looking to integrate somatic approaches, navigate complex client dynamics, or simply have a thoughtful space to reflect on your work, I’d love to support you.

My confidence in clinical work has been shaped not only by my own experience but also by the exceptional supervisors, mentors, and consultants who have guided me throughout my career. Having sought consultation regularly, I know firsthand how valuable it is to have someone in your corner—offering insight, support, and a steady presence in the challenges of this work.

In addition to one-on-one consultation, I also created and have been facilitating a bi-weekly consultation group since 2022. Leading this group has reinforced my passion for helping therapists refine their work, explore new perspectives, and develop deeper confidence in their practice.

While my primary focus is on one-on-one consultation, if you’re interested in joining the consultation group, feel free to reach out for more details.
